Omnia competition

Terms and Conditions:
[1] The promoter: H L Hutchinson Limited.
[2.] This competition is open to residents of Great Britain – England, Scotland and Wales.
[3.] There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary.
[4.] By entering, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.
[5.] The closing date is the 26th of March at 23:59; following this, no further entries will be permitted.
[6.] No responsibility will be accepted for missing entries for whatever reason.
[7.] The first prize for this competition is as follows:
• Full Omnia Precision for two years, including full support from an Omnia specialist.
• Premium Carbon TerraMap soil scanning.
• Five Healthy Soils assessments across the farm, based on TerraMap results.
• Annual nutritional review with a soil specialist.
• iPad Air & pencil.
• Omnia Connect.
• Environmental services.
• Carbon assessment.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
Prizes are subject to availability and H L Hutchinson Limited reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without notice.
[8.] Each of the five runner-up prizes for this competition are identical and each is as follows:
• Full Omnia Precision for two years, including full support from an Omnia specialist.
• iPad Air & pencil.
• Omnia Connect.
• Annual nutritional review with a soil specialist.
• Environmental services.
• Carbon assessment.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
Prizes are subject to availability and H L Hutchinson Limited reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without notice.
[9.] Winners will be chosen by an Omnia representative.
[10.] The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not claim the prize within 14 days, H L Hutchinson Limited reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
[11.] H L Hutchinson Limited will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
[12.] H L Hutchinson Limited’s decision regarding all competition matters is final, and no correspondence will be engaged with.
[13.] This competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
